Internal Medicine Physician for Community Health Center in central Connecticut
- Relocation assistance and signing bonus, CME and license reimbursement
- Benefits include 401k employer match, medical, dental, vision, malpractice, life and disability insurance
- Monday- Friday work week. Rotating half day Saturday
- Teaching and research opportunities through affiliated academic partners
- Opportunity for leadership and performance improvement project involvement
- EMR is eClinical Works
- Weekend call is 1:6. Weeknight call averages 5 per month
- Spanish fluency is preferred however not required
- Located 2.5 hours from New York City and 90 minutes from Boston
