A critical access facility in a mountain town in the Colorado/New Mexico boarder is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their team.

The Opportunity:
• Outpatient only opportunity with potential to pick up inpatient shifts for additional income
• Guaranteed Base Salary - $300,000 plus Earning Potential
• $30,000 Retention Bonus
• Flexible Schedule - 4 Day Work Week
