High Risk Cancer Genetics Program
Perlmutter Cancer Center, the NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center at NYU Langone Health, and the Center for Human Genetics & Genomics are seeking a Director for our High-Risk Cancer Genetics Program. The Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical risk-assessment and research in cancer genetics across our network.
We seek an energetic leader who can develop a leading academic program with a national reputation for clinical and research excellence and innovation. The successful candidate should have strong managerial and leadership skills, academic clinical/research expertise in cancer genetics and genomics, and a track record of productivity, collaborations, and research. Applications will be accepted both from laboratory-based and clinical/translational researchers.
The successful candidate must have an MD or MD/PhD degree and be eligible for appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank.
