Position Highlights:

  • Opportunity to be involved in nursery rounding at the local critical-access hospital (1:9 rotation)
Compensation Highlights:
  • Base guarantee of $230,000
  • Sign-on/resident stipend of $75,000
  • Relocation assistance
  • Option for salary advancement of $50,000
  • Potential of $100,000 bonus prior to starting and earning potential of $300,000 once partnership status is met
  • Comprehensive benefits package with four weeks' vacation
