OBGYN Physician, Hospitalist at Bridgeport Hospital

Bridgeport Hospital has a skilled team of maternity specialists from board-certified physicians, nationally-certified nurses and midwives to experts in high-risk pregnancies. The Birthplace at Bridgeport Hospital provides services in partnership with your obstetrician, using the highest level of sophisticated technology. The experienced and knowledgeable doctors and nurses at Bridgeport Hospital bring almost 2,600 new lives into the world each year.

Qualifications

EDUCATION(number of years and type required to perform the position duties):

Medical Degree

EXPERIENCE (number of years and type required to meet an acceptable level of performance)

Active Candidate/Board Certified by the American Obstetrics and Gynecology

Clinical Skills in General Obstetrics and Gynecology including Minimally Invasive Surgery

Administrative skills in a high reliability organization

Supervisory skills in residency and medical student education

Teaching skills in medical education utilizing an evidence-based model

SPECIAL SKILLS

Interest and training in gynecologic ultrasound, clinical research methodology and statistics and experience with family planning services.

ACCOUNTABILITY
