St. Elias Specialty Hospital's Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, a center of excellence that is setting the standard of rehabilitation in the state of Alaska, is seeking a full-time Physiatrist to serve patients in a new 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit with outpatient follow-up care. A successful candidate will have excellent patient experience skills and will be enthusiastic in developing a supportive team in a patient-centered environment. - Duties include providing direct physiatry management, consult service for admissions, and outpatient follow up
- Strong geriatric skills and demonstrated willingness to service alongside others on the team preferred
- Broad experience in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and trauma rehabilitation a plus
