Legacy is actively recruiting Outpatient Providers for our Family and Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinics. The clinics include a mix of IM and FM, pediatrician, and APPs. Our patient population is a mix of Medicaid/Medicare, some commercial as well as uninsured. Our Current needs are located in:

  • Vancouver, WA. - Family Wellness Center
  • Tualatin, OR. - Tualatin Clinic
  • Lake Oswego, OR,- Lake Owsego Clinic
  • Sandy, OR. - Firwood Clinic
  • Gresham, OR. - Mount Hood Clinic

Our clinics have well-supported teams to include: panel coordinator, social worker, RN case manager, behaviorist, pharmacist, as well as an individually assigned MA for all providers.

The ideal candidate should be Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or IM/Peds trained.

Positions include a competitive salary and benefit package, relocation allowance, starting bonus, and our rural clinics may qualify for loan repayment and special location allowances.
