The Providence Brain & Spine Institute (PBSI), a center of excellence within Providence, is seeking a full-time General Neurologist to join the Providence Neurological Specialties Milwaukie clinic. PBSI is the Northwest's premier Neurosciences program, with established Neuroscience programs including MS, Stroke, ALS, Parkinson's, epilepsy, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic spine surgery, Neuroradiology, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, neuroimaging and gamma knife. This Neurologist will join a busy general neurology practice with referral connections to other neurologic sub-specialists, neurosurgeons and a large primary care network. The practice is predominantly outpatient with minimal inpatient responsibilities, located in a high-quality clinic and hospital. This group includes one other general neurology physician, and this position is a replacement for a provider who moved into subspecialty practice. Partnered with the broader Providence Medical Group, caregivers work directly with providers to identify clinical trials appropriate for a patient's specific type and stage of disease to help improve health and quality of life.
