Job Details
CHaD is the pediatric service of Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H), an integrated academic healthcare delivery system for northern New England, anchored in Lebanon, New Hampshire at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC), recognized by US News & World Report as the Best Hospital in NH and home to the NCI-designated Norris Cotton Cancer Center and the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. CHaD maintains an inpatient pediatric unit with PICU and a level III NICU at DHMC and a comprehensive ambulatory multispecialty pediatric center at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic in Manchester, the largest city in the state.
Our Section of Pediatric Endocrinology currently consists of seven physicians, four associate providers, four certified diabetes educators and two dieticians located at three locations in New Hampshire. Our division offers a comprehensive Type 1 diabetes program, a multidisciplinary Type 2 diabetes clinic and an adolescent transgender program. This position will be primarily based at DHMC, with expectation for time to be spent at CHaD in Manchester for faculty development and specialty clinics.

Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of NH
