Advanced Heart Failure - Faculty Positions – Non-invasive and Interventional Cardiologists

In these dynamic positions, the cardiologists will play a key role in the further development of a heart failure, transplant and mechanical support service and will be part of an independent and state-of-the art Center for Advanced Heart Failure which is integrated to Memorial Hermann System and UT Health – School of Medicine. These full time clinical and research positions are considered at junior to mid-level. The clinicians will have the opportunity to work with clinical and research cardiologists in a highly interactive and collaborative environment.

These positions will provide flexibility to accommodate both research and clinical interests for the applicants. Presently, there is a large heart failure research program on site and there is potential to develop clinical or basic science research in this environment.

The successful candidates will possess a medical degree, have exemplary clinical skills and demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence. Preference will be given to applicants with heart failure and transplant experience, those who have completed fellowship training in heart failure and transplantation, and those who are board certified in heart failure and transplantation.
