  • Provide oversite to our health centers and school based care
  • Primary care departments include pediatrics, women's health, complex care, prevention and wellness
  • Participate in safety, quality and population health compliance committees
  • Share best practices, lead primary care meetings, identify gaps in clinical care, professional evaluations
  • Equally divided time in administrative tasks and direct patient care
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Formal training in healthcare or population health preferred
  • We serve over 13000 patients annually with the majority below the poverty level
