Indiana University Health Arnett Physicians is seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join our well established Hospitalist Department in 2021 of 23+ physicians /advanced providers that have a passion for excellence in patient care. Located at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana.

Team oriented Hospitalist Department:

• Block schedule: 7-days on and 7-days off, hybrid holiday schedule
• Work / life balance
• Must be BE/BC
• 1:1 scribe:hospitalist support, 8am to 1pm
• Desire to collaborate with advanced providers
• Desire to teach medical students / residents/ APPs
• Must be proficient with codes
• Procedures, optional as we have timely / quality specialty support
• Excellent communication is required
• Interest in working in a participatory culture
• Average patient census of 16
• Warm, collegial hospitalist team members
• Closed 14-bed adult ICU
• Superb team leadership
• Supportive senior administration
