This 37-bed ED treats 50,000 patients a year. The physician coverage is 37 hours daily and the advanced practice clinician coverage is 56 hours daily. Memorial Hospital Belleville is a non-profit organization affiliated with BJC Healthcare. The facility is an accredited chest pain center with PCI by the Society of Chest Pain Center. It is the only Metro East hospital designed as a Magnet® organization by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. The facility has been named a Regional Hospital Coordinating Center (RHCC) by the IDPH, is Magnet recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and an IDPH designated Stroke-Ready Hospital. Memorial Hospital Belleville is also an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI by the Society for Chest Pain Centers. There are more than 400 medical staff members representing 42 specialties. Memorial Regional Health Services (MRHS) is a non-profit organization which is part of BJC HealthCare.
