Join TeamHealth's growing Anesthesiology care team full-time as a cardiac anesthesiologist at Desert Regional Medical Center - a licensed 385-bed, Level II Trauma Center in Palm Springs, California. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a very stable and collegial team of 10 physicians and 14 CRNAs. We have an immediate need currently for expanding our Cardiac Anesthesiology team and we are looking for an innovative and team-minded Cardiac Fellowed Anesthesiologist to join our team. Provide cutting edge anesthesia care with a great mix of cases including stents, angioplasty, valve repair/replacement, heart or heart/lung transplant, coronary artery bypass surgery and more. Call is shared equally among the team. Candidate must be willing to take both generalist and cardiac call with cardiac being primary. Desert Regional Medical Center is focused on caring for the communities of Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indo and the larger Coachella Valley and Hi Desert regions. The Emergency treatment is the only designated Level II Trauma Center in the Coachella Valley, serving eastern Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Features a spacious, comfortable environment with 385 beds, include tertiary acute care services, critical care services and a skilled nursing unit.
