Indiana University Health Physiciansis seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join our West Primary Care location in the western Indianapolis suburb of Avon. Indianapolis is the country's 15th largest city. This West practice is a MOB located within 0.25 miles of IU Health West Hospital.

Job Description:
  • Full Time (physician has flexiblity to work either 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week)
  • 100% outpatient
  • Call: Nurse triage handles vast majority of call
  • Most clinics offer same-day appointments
  • Patient focused, team oriented, fast-paced practice
  • Candidate provides care for a mixed patient population of all ages
  • Must be comfortable working with advanced providers
  • Procedures include, but not limited to: simple skin surgery, sports medicine, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD's, etc.
  • All IU Health hospitals and practices utilize Cerner for EMR
  • Physicians are faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at IU School of Medicine
  • Opportunity to become involved in medical student and resident education / provide inpatient and obstetric care at local IU Health hospitals

Qualifications:
  • Must have 10 years' experience
  • Must be DO or MD
  • Residency training completed in the United States
  • Board Certified in respective specialty
  • Ability to acquire Indiana license
  • Visa sponsorship available: H1B
