The Practice:
*Join a busy Hospitalist team as we expand to 8 person day team (8 day, 2 night)
*We are expanding our Nocturnist team as well, please indicate on your application if you are open to one or both please
*7 on 7 off schedule, 12 hour shifts, 15-18 patients per day
*Hospitalists rotate 1 week of Nights every 5-6 weeks
*Nocturnists see about 8-10 admissions and cross cover for 115 patients
*Open ICU, No Codes or Procedures (handled by ED residents) - Vent Management is required (Training provided and paid for by hospital)
*Average LOS is 4 days
*Opportunity to teach residents
*IM or FM accepted
*H1B Visa Accepted (Cap Exempt employer)
* Ideal candidate will be able to start by Fall/Winter of 2020 and as late as Spring 2021 at the latest.

Financial Expectations:
*Highly Lucrative Compensation model - No need to moonlight anywhere else!
*Earn an aggressive base pay $295K+ bonuses, (premium for nights) with plenty of extra shifts available that count towards your WRVU's.
