NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, located just 15 minutes from NYC, is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill-Cornell Medical College. Dedicated to providing high quality patient care to a diverse community, Lincoln Medical Center is a NYS designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award- winning Cancer and Breast Centers.

Responsibilities:

Lincoln Medical Center is currently accepting applications and referrals for a part time Attending Physician in the Department of Pediatric Neurology. This is a faculty position at our academic center, 24 hours per week.
  • Neurology clinic
  • Reading EEG's
  • On call beeper coverage for the Pediatric Neurology service one week per month
  • Cover consults from the ED, PICU, NICU, and Clinic
  • Coordinate care with other services (ER,Radiology, etc.)
  • Timely documentation of all clinical encounters as clinically indicated, and in compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Attendance at departmental faculty meeting and didactic activities ( Grand Rounds, M&M Conference)


Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Neurology
  • Must qualify for New York State Medical License
