The Division of Nephrology at New York University School of Medicine/NYU Langone Medical Center seeks a physician to join the faculty at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. We are seeking dynamic clinicians and research physicians to participate in the growth of our clinical programs and to provide rigorous scholarship in our translational or clinical research program. Dedicated research time may be available for the appropriate candidate. Applicants must have an MD (or equivalent) degree and must be board certified/board eligible in Nephrology by the date of hire.
The Nephrology Division includes 25 faculty and provides care at four independent hospitals including NYU Langone Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital, the New York Harbor VA, and NYU Brooklyn Hospitals. There is a growing Kidney Transplant program with approximately 180 transplants per year, and access to four dialysis units with a census of 600 ESRD patients.
