The Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Service line at the Northwell Health’s Lenox Hill Hospital is seeking an experienced full-time and per diem Intensivist to join our team in the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Intensive Care Unit. The candidates must be fellowship trained, and Board Certified in Critical Care or Thoracic Surgery. Primary board certifications can include Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or General Surgery. Candidates graduating from their sub-specialty training will also be considered depending upon CTICU experience during fellowship training. The ideal candidate should also carry exceptional inter-personal skills with a goal of sharing a vision of unparalleled delivery of care through teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and persistence for excellence.
Located on 77th street and Park Avenue in the upper east side of New York City, Lenox Hill Hospital a teaching hospital of the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. The CTICU is a 12-bed closed unit accompanied by a 17-bed step down unit.
