The Department of Dermatology at Duke University School of Medicine has opportunities in both academic and community-based dermatology due to tremendous growth in the Raleigh/Durham market. Leadership opportunities are available.

We are seeking academic physicians and clinical educators with a demonstrated interest in teaching and research in general dermatology and the dermatology subspecialties. Applicants with clinical, translational, and/or laboratory research expertise are encouraged to apply.

We are also seeking clinical dermatologists to join our established and emerging community-based practices in the Durham and Raleigh markets. Ideal candidates will have a passion for providing the highest quality patient care. Subspecialty interest is encouraged, but not required. Hired faculty have the opportunity to participate in clinical research if interested.

The greater Triangle area of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill offers wide-ranging options in housing and choices for active outdoor and social lives.
