Indiana University Health Physicians is looking for a Gynecologic Oncologist to join and lead as both a provider, clinician educator and Division Lead within the dynamic team at the nationally recognized IU Simon Cancer Center.

Career Details:
  • Full Time with Call Participation
  • 60% Outpatient / 40% Inpatient
  • Responsibilities and procedures:
    • Provide clinical care (surgical and non-surgical) to patients with gyn malignancies, e.g. radiation and infusion services, palliative care, possible research activities, etc.
    • Work within a multidisciplinary team including medical and radiation oncologists, anesthesiologists, surgical teams, pathologists, geneticists and support staff
    • Possible clinical trials & teaching opportunities
  • Faculty appointment with the IU School of Medicine, with expectation to be active participants in the Departmental and Divisional teaching program, which includes 41 residents and 350 Indiana University medical students annually.

Salary is commensurate with experience and training. A mix of clinical duties, adminstrative responsibilities, and research is available. A job description can be tailored to the strengths and interests of the candidate. Additional Requirements:
  • Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  • Fellowship in gynecologic oncology
  • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in clinical medicine, teaching and/or research
  • 3-5 years minimum of experience as provider in Gyn/Onc
  • H1B Visa sponsorship availabile
