Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, The Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology, at Loma Linda University School of Medicine is seeking applications for the position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Surgery specializing in treatment of benign and malignant conditions of the breast. As an academic breast surgeon, candidates will have various teaching, clinical, and research opportunities. Hospital settings include CoC-accredited academic and community cancer programs, a VA hospital, and a safety net facility. This position encompasses all educational levels, including a complex general surgical oncology fellowship, general surgical residency program, and school of medicine. Scholarly and professional development activities are expected based on experience and interest. General surgery call is not required, but available to interested applicants. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in general surgery, have completed a surgical oncology fellowship or breast surgical oncology fellowship, and obtain a California medical license.
