Experienced Hospitalist Needed in Sub-Acute Rehab

Deliver compassionate patient care as a full-time internal medicine, family medicine or geriatric trained physician on our large post-acute team in Riverdale, New York. Candidates should be board certified and have acute or post-acute experience. There is a mix of sub-acute and telemetry beds in the facility. This position involves treating patients in sub-acute and telemetry units. There is a 24/7 rapid response team available for backup coverage. Our group provides care in skilled-nursing facilities to a mixture of long-term care and post-acute patients.
