TeamHealth is seeking a physician to join our Emergency Department team at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. This ED sees an annual patient volume of 28,000 and physicians see an average of 1.7 patients per hour. TeamHealth provides 24 hours of physician and Advanced Practice Clinician coverage within the ED. Physicians work 12-hour shifts with 24 hours per day of Advanced Practice Clinician and hospitalist support. Ideal candidates will be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with previous EM experience.

Facility Description
Brandywine Hospital is a 178-bed facility with a full range of inpatient, outpatient, medical and surgical, diagnostic and emergency care. The hospital offers bariatric surgery for weight loss, adult and older adult behavioral health, robotic-assisted surgery and an eating disorders unit. Also a primary stroke center, Brandywine holds advanced certification in Stroke and The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for Acute MI. The hospital is a top performer in Key Quality Measures for Heart Attack, Heart Failure, Pneumonia, and Surgical Care.
