Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system is recruiting for the Director of Outpatient Psychiatry Services. The CHA Department of Psychiatry is recognized as a leader in patient care, teaching and research. As a leader in mental health for more than 20 years. CHA's psychiatry teams provide caring and compassionate care while having deep connections within the community.

The incoming Director will oversee the clinical work of all adult outpatient psychiatry, while working collaboratively with leadership to develop departmental goals, articulate strategy, and set operational objectives.

In addition to providing direct patient care the Director will support the professional development of clinical staff and provide opportunities for ongoing growth.

As a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS); academic appointments are available commensurate with medical school criteria.
