- Looking for an alternative to the standard PCP model & desire a healthier work/life balance
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm work schedule/no weekends
- Provide direct personalized services to smaller patient panel size & spend more time with patients
- Flexible and team player/cross cover at other site location(s) if needed
- Extremely personable, compassionate and quality driven
