A urologist manages benign and malignant medical and surgical disorders of the genitourinary system and the adrenal glands. This specialist has comprehensive knowledge of and skills in endoscopic, percutaneous and open surgery of congenital and acquired conditions of the urinary and reproductive systems and their contiguous structures.

Job Duties
The Department of Urology at Geisinger, a national leader in quality, innovation, research and education, is seeking BC/BE General Urologists. Located across Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, Geisinger’s Department of Urology consists of general and subspecialty fellowship trained urologists providing adult and pediatric urologic care system-wide. We have a fully accredited residency training program and advanced practitioners assist in clinical operations at all locations. These are fantastic opportunities for new graduates or experienced urologists to teach residents and perform research. Opportunities are available in Central and Northeastern locations of Pennsylvania.
