Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time, Primary CarePhysician for an established, multi-physician, primary care group practice. The practice is situated in the town of Cheshire,CT, about 15 minutes north of New Haven. (06410)

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A passion for providing patient-centered, primarycare, focused on quality, prevention and education
  
• A willingness to work closely and collaborativelywithin an interdisciplinary team including behavioral health professionals
  
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license
  
• BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
  

Position details:

• Full-time welcome, weekday schedules
  
• No weekends
  
• RARE call
  
• Clinical support staff includes a highlytrained M.A., RN team and an on-site behavioral health professional

Qualifications

Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)

BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
