Indiana University Health Physicians Primary Care has multiple employment opportunities for BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Med-Peds physicians at multiple locations throughout Indianapolis. Indianapolis is the country's 15th largest city.

Employment Opportunity Details:
  • 100% outpatient
  • Full Time: 36 clinical hours + admin time with the potential of 4-5 days/week schedule
  • Call: Nurse triage handles majority of call volume
  • Most clinics offer same-day appointments
  • Opportunity for inpatient and OB care (not required)
  • Patient focused, team oriented,fast-paced practices
  • Candidate provides care for a mixed patient population of all ages
  • Must be comfortable working with advanced providers
  • Procedures include, but not limited to: simple skin surgery, sports medicine, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD's, etc.
  • All practices utilize Cerner for electronic medical records
  • Physicians are faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at IU School of Medicine
  • Opportunity to become involved in medical student and resident education / provide inpatient and obstetric care at local IU Health hospitals

Practice Details

Qualifications:
  • Must be DO or MD
  • Residency training completed in the United States
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in respective specialty
  • Ability to acquire Indiana license
  • Visa sponsorship available: H1B
