The Department of Radiology at Staten Island University Hospital/Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.

The successful candidate will be a fifth physician, joining a division with four experienced interventional radiologists. We perform a broad range of IR procedures including angiography, arterial, and venous interventions, uterine fibroid embolization, thermal ablation, radioembolization, chemoembolization, TIPS, venous access, GU interventions, GI interventions, biliary procedures, and image guided biopsies on state-of-the-art equipment. Interested candidates will also have the opportunity to rotate through light diagnostic coverage. This position will be sited in Staten Island, NY. 

Applicants must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology and have completed an interventional radiology fellowship. Responsibilities will include inpatient and outpatient clinical care and active involvement in teaching of medical students and residents of the ACGME approved residency program. In addition, we are an ACGME-approved ESIR program with currently one full-time resident on service. There are abundant opportunities for research.

Salary Disclosure

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
