St. Luke's Health System in Idaho seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our collegial, multi-disciplinary team of dedicated and compassionate primary care providers in Mountain Home, ID. St. Luke's Elmore Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital featuring 24-hour emergency department, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit. We also offer primary care at St. Luke’s Clinic – Trinity Mountain Medical, where we specialize in family medicine and OB/GYN care.

Mountain Home is the largest city in Elmore County. With a vibrant rural community of 15,000 the city sits between the Danskin and Owyhee Mountains in beautiful and rugged southern Idaho. Located just 40 minutes southeast of Boise, Mountain Home has an economy based on industry as well as the city’s proximity to the Mountain Home Airforce Base. Residents benefit from a cost of living roughly fifteen percent less than the national average.
