Overview
Compass Oncology seeks to recruit a BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist. The candidate will join five other busy board-certified Gynecologic Oncologists within a large multi-specialty oncology practice with locations in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. Compass Oncology is a physician owned and governed medical practice with 19 medical oncologists, 6 radiation oncologists, 3 breast surgeons, 5 gynecologic oncologists and 1 palliative care physician.
The outpatient practice is based in an integrated cancer center with full support for chemotherapy, radiation, laboratory, imaging, nursing, genetics, palliative care and social work.
Robotic surgery is an integral part of our practice and experience in minimally invasive surgery is mandatory. All of our physicians participate in resident and medical student education. Our physicians are active participants in clinical research trials, including phase 1 within The US Oncology Network and NRG/GOG cooperative group.
Portland is a medium sized city with access to excellent schools; along with many outdoor activities including hiking, sailing, skiing and cycling. The Portland International Airport assures easy and direct access for travel.
