The section of General Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock is seeking an Academic Geriatrician to join our team to help provide quality care to our geriatric patients within our geriatric primary care clinic located at our medical center in beautiful Lebanon, NH.

In this role you will join an interdisciplinary team that is focused on clinical and educational quality improvement, population health, and development of new models of care delivery. In addition to delivering high-quality, team-based care, you will participate in the teaching of residents and medical students and have the opportunity to become involved in other academic initiatives. In this diverse role, you will be practicing in our geriatric clinic at the medical center as well as helping our teams within our community at local nursing and assisted living facilities and provide consultations within our inpatient units.

Qualifications:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of NH and VT
