We are actively recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our growing Cardiovascular Medicine Department. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will join our current team of 3 general cardiologists, 1 electrophysiologist, 1 nurse practitioner, 1 physician assistant and end experienced cardiovascular staff.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Independent encounters in the outpatient clinic as well as rounding on patients at one local hospital.
  • Communicate and coordinate patient care effectively with physicians, patients and family members

The Cardiology team is passionate about delivering the highest quality contemporary cardiovascular medicine to the community of Central Oregon in a cost conscious model. Consultative services in General Cardiology, Electrophysiology and Lipidology are augmented by our stress and noninvasive imaging lab, rhythm diagnostics, diagnostic heart catheterization and heart rhythm device implantation. Invasive procedures are presently being performed at the local hospital and an ambulatory surgery center. While we seek well-rounded APP's, we encourage professional development in the subspecialties within cardiology. APPs presently direct or participate in our preoperative, acute cardiac, heart failure and lipid subspecialty clinics.
