NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, located just 15 minutes from NYC, is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill-Cornell Medical College. Responsibilities:

  • Surgical pathology sign-out and respond to clinical issues
  • Frozen section preparation and sign-out, surgical pathology prosection and supervison and performance when required; perform cytology functions as assigned, (FNA quick reads, BALs)
  • Interpret IHC stained cases; participation in tumor board meetings and educational activities; review of abnormal blood smear and seminal fluid analysis
  • Prepare and review cases to send out, medical photography
  • Supervise students & medical residents


Qualifications:

Qualifications include:
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Pathology
  • Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one)
