Rushford Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program
TheRushford Center, part of Hartford HealthCare's Behavioral Health Network, iscurrently looking for a Program Director for our ACGME approved AddictionMedicine Fellowship Program.
The position is a full time position with a minimum of 10hrsper week dedicated to administrative and educational activities of theFellowship Program. The Program Directorwill be supported by the program coordinator. The Program Director will reportto the Vice President Addiction Services and have a reporting relationship withHartford Hospital's Chief Academic Officer and Residency Review Committee.

- Oversightand organization of all educational activities of the fellowship Programincluding curriculum, evaluation, recruitment, program design, and facultyrecruitment.
- Leadershipin the provision of appropriate evaluation, treatment and care for psychiatricand substance abuse patients. Collaboration and supervision for mental healthcare professionals working in residential and community settings.
- Sharingstate-of-the-art knowledge, relevant research findings, and current clinicalknowledge with other team members.
- Coordination/consultationwith other medical specialties around treatment of psychiatric and substanceuse disorders. Advocates for chronically mentally ill patients with medicalnon-psychiatric conditions to receive quality care.
