St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, a partnership between Tower Health and Drexel University, is a 188-bed facility that provides exceptional care to children throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.
With more than 220 pediatric experts on staff, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children combines top-notch pediatric care with a wide array of pediatric specialties, including Cardiology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Orthopedics. It houses the only Verified Pediatric Only Burn Center between New York City and Baltimore and is one of only three Level I Pediatric Trauma Centers in Pennsylvania. St. Christopher's is a Magnet® designated hospital and was recognized as a Women's Choice Award Best Children's Hospital.
In addition to its main location in Philadelphia, the hospital has a growing network of primary and specialty care locations throughout the Philadelphia suburbs and New Jersey.
What We Offer
Job Summary
The Section of Pediatric Neurology at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children seeks a full-time Pediatric Neurologist. We seek a physician with strong commitment to excellence in delivery of care, research, education and advocacy. The Section of Neurology provides a full spectrum of outpatient and inpatient services including in-patient video and ambulatory EEG services. The Section has a categorical 5 year Child Neurology fellowship with 2 fellows per year. There is an Academic affiliation through Drexel University College of Medicine with ample opportunities to teach, mentor and for academic career development. There is also an opportunity to pursue research interests, in particular as they relate to our multicultural community and clinical setting.
The applicant should have excellent clinical and communication skills, with a strong interest in teaching. C andidates with additional training in Epilepsy or Neurophysiology are welcome to apply for this position.

- Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- BE/BC Pediatric Neurology
- Hold or be eligible for an unrestricted and unchallenged license to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania
- Valid DEA Licensure
