The Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group seeks exceptional BC/BE Neurosurgeons with fellowship training or experience in spinal surgeries to join a thriving practice located at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Neurosurgery team within a small hospital setting integrated within the larger regional Trinity Health Of New England network. We are the largest and most efficient medical group in the region, which allows our employed surgeons to have a very active practice from day one. Our team is supported by three dedicated Physician Assistants who participate in call, round on patients and see consults. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically proficient Neurosurgeon with a focus on spine and low-volume cranial pathologies. We are seeking eager and technically proficient candidates who want to actively participate in the department's ongoing growth initiatives. The current call schedule is 1:3 with PAs covering first call for half of the weekends. The successful candidates should ideally have fellowship training in spinal surgery or experience with cranial and spine trauma.
