Rewarding opportunity to join two other FP -OB's and two advanced practitioners dedicated to providing a broad spectrum of high-quality health care services to the people of northeast Colorado and the surrounding Nebraska area

Practice:

• Practice family medicine 4 days per week in the newly remodeled clinic with two, overlapping, weekday, low-volume ( avg. 3 patients per day) , low-acuity ER/hospital shifts, and one weekend ER/hospital shift per month
• Average of 15 patients per day in the clinic
• The 15-bed, critical access hospital offers general acute care services including obstetrics, general medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, physical therapy, respiratory care, a special care unit, pediatrics, cardiopulmonary services, and a wide variety of on-site diagnostic and imaging services
• Generous salary, excellent benefits with over 6 weeks PTO, 1 week CME Time Off and 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with a $0 deductible
• Up to $50K sign-on bonus and up to $200K in student loan repayment
