The Benign Hematology Program in the Section of Hematology/Oncology, Department of Medicine, and the Comprehensive Cancer Research Center are seeking an Assistant Professor who will specialize in the treatment of benign hematologic disease. Clinical responsibilities will include outpatient clinics and inpatient service. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students. The appointee will also be able to participate in clinical research activities and development of new drugs and treatment strategies. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent upon qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be BC/BE in Hematology.
