Greenville Kidney Care is a single specialty, private practice serving the Greenville, South Carolina area. We are an established independent Nephrology practice that is seeking a board-certified Nephrologist to come into a successful, well-respected practice. Responsibilities will include clinic coverage, rotating through local hospitals, and rounding at dialysis facilities. Call schedule is flexible. Candidate should be team oriented and personable. Recent graduates welcome.

Job Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree
  • Current Medical License in South Carolina
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient services at eight dialysis facilities
  • Provide inpatient services at three primary hospitals with the occasional consult at satellite locations
  • Treat CKD patients in the clinic at our main location in Greenville
  • Hold clinic at our satellite office location every other week
  • Evenly split on-call duties with the other physicians and mid-levels of the practice
  • Communicate patient’s treatment with referring physicians and primary care providers
  • Potentially provide hospitalist services at local area hospital if opportunity arises
  • Develop active role within our internal research department
