Suburban New York City Pul/CC job (Northeast New Jersey)

I am recruiting for a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join a Single Specialty Practice looking to add a physician to replace one who is leaving. You will be stepping into a readymade opportunity.You would be joining a group of 3, with you being the 4th. The schedule can be 4 days per week or 5 days, with call being every 4th weekday night (Monday-Thursday) and every 4th weekend. There is a possibility of partnership.Both the hospital (work with one hospital only) and office location are within close proximity. Their benefits include a fixed salary for 2 to 3 years, time off (including CME) - 3 weeks year 1 and 4 weeks thereafter, 401(k) participation after 90 days., group health (with employer contribution), and voluntary benefits- dental, vision, life, LTD. Medical benefit eligibility is the 1st of the month following start date and the other voluntary benefits begin 60 days following employment if enrolled. The current medical carrier is Managed Healthcare Plans of NJ (Aetna platform). Dental, vision, and LTD fall under Guardian's plan.This is a great practice opportunity, located in a very nice suburban community within commuting distance of 'The City', if one has a spouse or significant other who would be making the commute.
