Employed OB/GYN Laborist Physician Opportunity in the Chicagoland Area

- Well established OB/Gyn Laborist opportunity 30 minutes from downtown Chicago
- 30 minute commute each way during rush hour from downtown Chicago

- Hospital employed practice model
- Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices
- Healthcare system undergoing explosive growth and expansion in virtually all physician service lines
- May work 12 12*hour shifts OR 6 24*hour shifts per month. Sometimes you may do less in one month and more in another to even the hours out. You are also responsible for covering weekends and holidays. Must be able to do GYN, just in case
- Full-time/permanent position with inpatient and outpatient practice
- Board Certified/Board Eligible required. Although sub-specialty interest are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals.
- Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
- 144 hours of service per month or 1,728 hours per year
- Phone availability
- EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings
- EPIC - fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
