Pacific Medical Center's Lynnwood clinic is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering coordinated, convenient care to patients using a team-based model led by a provider. Offering primary and specialty care, the Lynnwood clinic has a behavioral health provider and a registered dietitian on-site. Pacific Medical Centers takes pride in providing personalized care and developing long-standing relationships with patients, functioning as a small-scale practice but with access to the technology and resources of larger, affiliated health systems.

Lynnwood is a Seattle suburb filled with tree-lined neighborhoods that blend into the natural elements of scenic Puget Sound.
