Our advanced IBD fellowship offers a one year training in clinical management of inflammatory bowel disease and the attendant cutting edge therapies (biologics, oral small molecules) as well as provide formal training in research methodology (an immersive 6 week course) to create talented physicians with the ability to launch clinical research careers. The position is 50% clinical IBD and 50% dedicated research and is located on the Upper East Side in New York City. There will opportunities to master endoscopic techniques specific to IBD, including endoscopic management of strictures, deep enteroscopy, chromoendoscopy, and video capsule endoscopy. The candidate will participate as a sub- investigator of pharmaceutical clinical trials as well as investigator initiated studies. The program starts July 1, 2020 and finishes in June 2021.

Salary Disclosure

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
