The Heart and Vascular Center at Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking BE/BC candidates to join our Cardiology Department as a Clinical Cardiologist specialist. Our expert cardiologists collaborate with other Cardiology specialists and Cardiovascular surgeons to manage outpatient and inpatient patients with complex multi-system disease in a comprehensive and highly effective manner.

Join an established cardiac practice with full-service imaging, nursing support and cardiac rehabilitation program. Exercise physiology, echocardiography and nuclear stress testing as well as cardiac monitoring, holter and in office stress/ECG services. Full complement of procedural space for electrophysiology/pacer interrogation and/or minimally invasive services. As part of the Cleveland Clinic Enterprise a successful candidate would be privileged by the #1 Cardiac Program under the Heart and Vascular Institute of Cleveland Clinic. Several options for hospital services include Cleveland Clinic - Akron General Health System and other geographically located CCF facilities.

This established program manages a dynamic patient population in Wooster/ Wayne County Ohio and with more than 5,000 op visits excluding testing and procedural volumes. The practice is heavily integrated with the enterprise and boasts a strong aptitude for further expansion in collaboration with regional cardiology development and strategic expansions in the near southern markets of NE Ohio. Call rotation and/or hospital service is variable and negotiable within the parameters of Medical Staff privileging for this particular cardiologist opportunity.
