We are seeking an entrepreneurial physician to join a growing practice in one of the fastest growing areas north of Dallas. The current physician has been in the area for nearly a decade and is interested in collaborating with a like-minded person. He has received much notoriety for his patient care which is attributed to his growth in the market. He currently covers 3 hospitals and 4 dialysis centers in the area.

Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Frisco are some of the fastest growing areas in the country. They offer top-rated schools and affordable housing. All are great communities for physicians that are single or have a family. There is no shortage of outdoor activities, excellent restaurants, shopping and other amenities.

The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in internal medicine and nephrology, as well as have a current Texas medical license, and are able to start in the next 6-8 months. They should have the desire and ability to build a strong practice through fostering relationships with referring physicians and excellent patient care. Additionally, they should have solid communications skills and a willingness to put down roots in one of the communities the practice serves.

The new physician would receive a competitive salary guarantee with an increase in the second year. There is a two-year partnership track with no buy-in, however for the physician that can build a solid practice quickly, it could be as little as one-year. A stipend to purchase health benefits will be provided, as will 4 weeks of vacation, malpractice, one week for CME and relocations. We also cover license renewals, dues, and subscriptions.
