Seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative team of physicians and APCs at Providence St. Mary Medical Center's Family Medicine service, a new patient-centered medical home embedded with Physical Therapy, dedicated RN Care Specialists and Triage nurses.
