Executive Director of Nursing - Perioperative Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking an Executive Director to manage overall operations, process improvement, business planning, information technology, materials and fiscal management of the Perioperative Services departments which includes the Operating Room, Endoscopy, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Anesthesiology, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, and Sterile Processing Department (SPD).

Additionally, the Executive Director Perioperative Services will provide oversight and direction to assist with clinical growth, operational efficiency and the implementation of the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center surgical departments strategic plans.

Qualified candidates will possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Management or a related field. A minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare management experience is required to include:

• Five (5) years of perioperative clinical operations experience
• Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive leadership capacity.
