Genetic Counselor — Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center

As a cancer genetic counselor, you will work collaboratively with a team of medical geneticists, oncologists, surgeons, nursing professionals, and ancillary staff to provide comprehensive and individualized care for our oncology patients. Utilizing the latest methods in genetics testing, you will educate patients with and without cancer about their cancer risks, and empower them to make educated, informed decisions about genetic testing, screening, prevention, and treatment. As a member of our cancer center team, you will discover what sets us apart — caring through innovation.

Required Qualifications: Masters and Certification in Genetic Counseling/ Human Genetics with 1-2 years’ experience

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Cancer Genetics, Fluent in Spanish
